Tamara Gable is the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management for COR Management Services, Inc. She has eleven years of experience in risk management and six years of experience in human resources administration. She is responsible for recruiting and employee retention, and directing employee benefit services of COR. She also has the responsibility of managing and directing the risk management program for CSANT.

Prior to joining COR, Tamara practiced risk management and human resources for a large restaurant group operating in thirteen states, employed over 8,000, and consisted of $230 million in assets. She also served as a certified EMT Paramedic and went on to become a Paramedic Instructor and Examiner for the Texas Department of Health. Tamara was further certified to instruct ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) for Methodist Medical Center.

Tamara has experience in the areas of disaster and contingency planning, claims, safety and security. She has authored and implemented operational accident prevention and mitigation policies and procedures, achieved significant claims savings by acting as investigator and negotiator for all property and casualty losses for companies she has worked for in the past.

Tamara received a B.S. degree in Emergency Administration and Planning from the University of North Texas and graduated cum laude. She remains a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, Risk & Insurance Management Society and has most recently joined the Medical Group Management Association.
