You all know physicians who have sold their assets to practice management companies or agreed to defer a significant amount of current income into a management company in exchange for stock and the promise of eventually "going public." Most have suffered substantial economic loss, in addition to loss of control over financial and clinical decisions.

CSANT's physicians have never agreed with this model and have maintained control of their practice. They created COR primarily as a captive management company to support their own practice.

COR exists solely to support the physicians' practice and is wholly owned by CSANT. Its management advises physicians about all administrative matters and strives to help the physicians make decisions which best protect the physicians' interests. Once decisions are made, it is then the mission of COR management and staff to implement those decisions in the most cost effective manner possible.

Our physicians (whether they're part of CSANT or are unaffiliated management services customers of COR) maintain freedom to manage their own practices.
